Using the Chat window (lower right) or Email is definitely the quickest way to reach us, if we aren't online then we try to reply 2-3 times per day and try to follow up with every email in at least 24 hours.
As a very small company we can only offer limited telephone support, please email us to set up a telephone call if you need to speak in person. We cannot take orders over the telephone, through the US Mail or via Fax.
If you would like us to review your logo to make sure it will work prior to ordering, please email it to us along with your size requirements to: firstname.lastname@example.org
But the best way to tell if it will work is just to let us work up 2D and 3D previews for you, Yes, you have to place an order, but we will provide a full refund, if you don't move on to the production step, we need an order to track things and to separate the window shoppers and bots from the actual customers in need.
