Thank you for your interest in working with us! We understand that most of our customers are ordering a brand for the first time and may have questions and we are happy to help!

Using the Chat window on the website or Email is definitely the quickest way to reach us, if we aren't online then we try to reply 2-3 times per day and try to follow up with every email in at least 24 hours.
As a very small company and our shop is super noisy, so we can only offer limited telephone support, you will absolutely get help faster if you email first.
We reply to emails 2-3 times per day, we only reply to voice messages 2-3 times per week but feel free to give us a telephone call at two zero eight - four six nine - two eight one nine. We cannot take orders over the telephone, through the US Mail or via Fax.
If you would like us to review your logo to make sure it will work prior to ordering, or if you would like us to set up an order for you please email us logo/image along with your size requirements and preferred heating method to: contactus@custombrandshop.com
If you are requesting an order-setup be sure to also include your your shipping and billing information, keep in mind that this will take longer to receive your mockup than submitting an order through the website.
The best way to tell if your logo will work is to have us work up 2D and 3D previews for you at the desired size, Yes, you have to place an order, but we will provide a full refund, if you don't move on to the production step, we need an order to track things and to separate the window shoppers and bots from the actual customers in need.
